so i've been awake since 73oam this has been happening A LOT this week... i don't know why i wake up so early if i go to sleep around 13o - 2ish AM.. anyways after i blog and all that good stuff i crash back down around 9 and wake up again around 1o.3oAM by that time i'm so tired and just want to stay asleep but i have to drag my booty up to the gym since i have no school i end up taking so many naps during the day and i just feel so exhausted by 4pm, idk whats going on any tips girls?

i looked up ways to help you relax ..

having a bedtime ritual, sends your body a que that its almost time to settle down & sleep.

4 healthy rituals you should do before you hit the sack
1. Drink Herbal Tea before bed, many experts think tea relaxes you.

2.Take a hot bath - most of people who take hot showers before bed swear its an instance stress - reducer, warm bath raises your body temperature after the bath your body cools off this cooling off is what makes you sleepy.

3. Read - as busy and stressed they may be world leaders have been known to read right before bed time even in war time because it's a great stress reducer and in a way you let your brain detach from whatever is troubling you.

4. Try not to exercise at night and cutting back on the caffeine will help also.

the average adult needs 7.5-8 hours of sleep how many hours do you sleep? and do you have any rituals you do before bed please share =]

*mmm* that looks delicious indeed! in terms of sleeping tips...very important to have regular sleep schedule, good diet, and you're right.. don't exercise in the evening because your energy is just going to keep you awake! :)

Some good tips there, especially with cutting down on caffeine! i think reading is relaxing too. I don't have much of a ritual tbh.

I need more than 8 hours of sleep because if i get not enough sleep I feel very tired and angry.

so true about the sleep ritual. if not you will be all outa sorts if you dont do a routine. great tips. anything troubling you or worrying you? i was like that and still am for a bit. i need to get to a gym or somthing bc if i dont have to be @ work at 6 or 10 depending on the day i will sleep till 12. not goood wats so ever so yeah that my lil input.

you should try falsies it does take some getting used to wearing them and putting them on but will make your eyes stand out!
I dont wear them for everyday look, only on special events but great for FOTD lol :)

Good tips btw, I didn't know you weren't suppose to workout before bedtime, I've done that quite a bite, I always thought it made me more tired. ??? lol

I know some friends who couldn't sleep if they drink tea before sleeps :) as for me, it doesnt really matter, I just crash the bed when I need too lolz..and also when you're reading, make sure you dont read in your bed coz it will make you awake in your bed when you want to sleep (speaking from personal exp ^^" and advised by a doctor). btw, the brushes are here!! will let you know soon ok! :D you're looking good as always ;)

I at times can't seem to be able to sleep and then I'll end up with panda eyes like or dark circles which I hate.

That is a hot outfit. I really like off shoulder tops atm. =)
